Fulfillment Policy
Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality marketing services to all our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is warranted:
- If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns and may offer a partial refund or service credit at our discretion.
- In cases where we are unable to fulfill our contractual obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund for any prepaid services that have not been delivered.
Please note that refunds are not available for services that have already been fully delivered and accepted.
Delivery Policy
As a marketing services agency, our delivery process is primarily digital:
- Timeline: We will provide a detailed project timeline upon contract signing. This timeline will outline key milestones and delivery dates for various components of our marketing services.
- Delivery Method: Most deliverables will be provided electronically via email or slack, or our client portal, ClickUp. Any physical materials (e.g., printed marketing collateral) will be shipped to the address provided by the client.
- Review and Approval: Clients will have the opportunity to review and request revisions on deliverables as outlined in the project scope. Final delivery is considered complete upon client approval or after the agreed-upon revision period.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our digital marketing services, traditional returns are not applicable. However:
- If physical marketing materials (e.g., brochures, banners) are produced as part of our services and they do not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we will replace or correct them at no additional cost.
- For digital assets or content that does not meet the agreed-upon requirements, we offer a revision period as specified in the project scope.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that business needs may change. Our cancellation policy for ongoing services or project-based work is as follows:
- For ongoing services or subscriptions:
- Cancellations made with 30 days’ notice or more will not incur any cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one month’s service fee.
- For project-based work:
- Cancellations made before work has commenced will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made after work has begun will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date, plus a 20% cancellation fee on the remaining project value.
Please note that custom projects or contracts may have specific cancellation terms that supersede this general policy.
